At Halo Guards, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible so your collectibles are protected without delay.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak drops, sales, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always work to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods

We ship all orders using Australia Post (AusPost) with tracked delivery services for reliable and secure shipping.

We offer:

  • Domestic Shipping (Australia-wide)
  • International Shipping (selected countries)

Delivery Timeframes

Australia (Domestic):

  • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days (metro areas)
  • Regional/Remote: 3–10 business days

International:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
  • Some countries may experience longer delivery times due to customs processing

Please note that all timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on postal services, customs clearance, and seasonal demand.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel through Australia Post and/or the destination country’s postal service.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we use tracked postage for all orders, Halo Guards is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, international carriers, or customs processing. If your parcel is delayed, contact us and we will assist in tracking it.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
